You’ll need a valid driver’s license, to be 25+ years old, a major credit/debit card for the security deposit, proof of insurance for your tow vehicle, and a signed rental agreement.
Your vehicle must meet or exceed the trailer’s GVWR and be equipped with a Class III/IV hitch, a 7-pin RV connector, working brake/turn lights, and a functional trailer brake controller. We reserve the right to refuse pickup if the setup is unsafe.
A refundable security deposit is due before pickup. After return and inspection, we refund it within 7 business days, minus any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning, late fees, or contract violations.
7+ days’ notice: full refund. Less than 7 days: 50% refund. Same-day cancel or no-show: no refund. Trip changes are subject to availability and current rates.
The trailer includes basic hoses, power cord/adapter, and leveling blocks. Please return it clean, with trash removed and tanks handled per instructions. Excessive cleaning or unemptied tanks may incur additional fees.
No smoking or vaping inside the trailer. Pets require prior written approval and may require an extra cleaning fee. Off-road use, unauthorized drivers, or illegal activity are strictly prohibited and may void your rental and deposit.
